**NB We cannot give a specific time for delivery - there can be up to a 90 minute lead in time from placing the order so bear this in mind when choosing what time to place your order .  Please do not order if you won't be in or if you can't provide a safe place to leave.  Cheesecakes and banoffee cannot be left in a safe place unless it is chilled as it would he unsafe to consume​.  The Brownie Barn will not take responsibility for any goods delivered which are spoiled due to weather/inadequate alternative delivery arrangements if you will be out, or are removed without your permission .
